A Decade-Old Furniture Brand Gets a Fresh Start on Astrocart

This furniture and upcycled furniture retailer had been trading online for nearly a decade but had outgrown their WooCommerce website.

Page speeds were poor, the site crashed regularly — often at weekends when the owner couldn't get support — and the platform had become difficult to manage day-to-day.

Switching platforms was a major decision for an established business with years of products, customers, and SEO history at stake. They needed the migration to go smoothly, and they needed a provider who would actually be there when things went wrong.

We migrated the entire site to Astrocart in a matter of weeks with zero downtime.

The new store was rebuilt from the ground up with a professional design, dramatically faster page speeds, and the emergency support the business needed. We also worked on simplifying repetitive day-to-day tasks to save the owner time managing the catalogue.

Crucially, we provided the round-the-clock support that had been missing — available by phone any time, day or night, including weekends.

The migration transformed the day-to-day running of the business:

• Page speeds improved dramatically from day one
• SEO rankings improved post-migration
• Migration completed in weeks with zero downtime
• 24/7 emergency support — phone access any time, including weekends
• Simplified management — repetitive tasks streamlined
• 10 years of WooCommerce frustration resolved
